Know before you book with us! 

  • Does Bhm Cleaning co. have rules?
    Abosolutely! I’ve always bragged on myself for having some of the BEST clients in Alabama/West Georgia. So supportive and ALWAYS thanking me. However, as the world has opened back up and more clients have rolled in me and my crew have experienced so many uneasy and crazy situations. So here are a couple of reminders: 1.) No one can make me or any of my employees make store runs. (I’m not sure why this has become such an issue lately but even while working solo before getting a team I’ve never offered this service! Meanwhile, Shipt is a GREAT company and I love to utilize them for all of my personal deliveries. 2.) Payments are only to be made directly to Ketia Daniel in whatever form is initially agreed upon. We accept Venmo, Zelle, and Cash only. 3.) As mentioned on our website: Basic cleans take up to 2.5/3hrs and Deep Cleans 3.5-6hrs. Please schedule us accordingly so that we do not feel rushed. The condition of the house determines the amount of time that it takes. 4.) Talking disrespectfully to me or any of my staff will automatically get your appointment canceled and you will be charged for the services performed if any. (Payment will be due the day of your cleaning) 5.) We cannot promise a service that requires Cleaning up/around Illegal ‘substances’ and human feces.
  • How soon in advance should I book my cleaning?
    The quicker the better. To guarantee a cleaning, it's best to go ahead and set up a date as soon as possible.
  • Could you guys use my products instead?
    Yes! Absolutely. This however does not make any of the cleanings cheaper.
  • How soon in advance do I need to cancel my appointment?
    We understand that things happen and we're willing to work with you. Please do us the courtesy of cancelling appointments atleast 24hrs in advance to avoid the $30 cancellation fee.
  • Do you offer payment plans?
    Absolutely. Everyone deserves a clean house. Please be sure to contact us regarding any type of payments plans that you may need. *Please note that all payment plans will be made and agreed through paypal.*
  • What form of payments do you accept?
    We accept Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, Paypal (there's a 5% fee), and cash.
  • Do I have to be home?
    Absolutely not. We leave this up to the homeowner. However I will say when people are home it may or may not slow us down. Depending on foot traffic and house layout.

Do you need a Cleaner or a Maid? 

Reminder: We ARE a cleaning company NOT a maid service.
