Deep Cleanings

Kitchen Checklist:

  • Clean and disinfect the outside of the trash can.

  • Clean the microwave (inside and out)

  • Clean stove top burners (only if requested)

  • Wipe down and disinfect small appliances (Toasters & Coffee Makers)

  • Wipe clean cabinet doors

  • Clean floor (Vacuum & Mop) 

  • Disinfect door knobs and pulls

  • Clean glass windows & Window seals

Dining Room Checklist:​

  • Dust crown molding, wall corners, and floor molding

  • Clean and disinfect light switches and outlets

  • Remove all dust from top to bottom.

  • Wash table cushions

  • Clean light fixtures.

  • Disinfect table and wipe down all chairs, including legs and underneath.

Bathrooms:​​

  • Clean and disinfect light switches and fixtures.

  • Clean and disinfect toothbrush holders

  • Clean and refill soap dish and/or pump

  • Clean light fixtures.

  • Clean mirrors

  • Clean shower door frame

  • Clean shower glass

  • Clean plastic strip at the bottom of a glass shower door

  • Disinfect counter tops

  • Dust and clean windows, inside and outside.

  • Mop floors

  • Scrub and disinfect toilet, including around base, under seat and around hinges

  • Scrub the bathtub and/or shower

  • Wash toilet.

  • Wash trash can (inside and out)

  • Wipe down cabinets, knobs, towel racks and toilet paper holder.

Living Room/Family Areas:​

  • Dust crown molding, wall corners, and floor molding

  • Vacuum all carpet area.

  • Dust ceiling fans.

  • Clean lights in lamps

  • Dust lamps.

  • Dust edges of wall hangings, mirrors, and pictures

  • Clean windows and window sills

  • Remove scuff marks from doors and moldings.

  • Dust electronics

  • Disinfect remote controls and electronics devices

Bedrooms:

  • Dust ceiling, corners, and upper and lower crown moldings.

  • Dust baseboards and window sills.

  • Dust and polish furniture.

  • Dust edges of wall hangings, mirrors, and pictures.

  • Clean glass and mirrors

  • Vacuum carpet, including edges and under furniture

Floor Steamings (+Add on)

Whether it's tile or hardwood enjoy a professional steaming done by us. Please note that your floors will be swept and cleaned prior to the steaming. 

Fridge Cleanings (+Add on)

We remove everything from your fridge and clean and disinfect it completely. Once that's done we organize it and place your items back in place.

Basic Cleanings

  • Wipe down counter tops and cabinets (start at immediate right of the stove).

  • Clean face of appliances (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher)

  • Wipe down stove top

  • Clean inside and around sink

  • Sweep and mop floor

Living Areas, including Hallways and Stairs

  • Cushions and pillows fluffed and straightened

  • Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, door-frames and switch plates

  • Ceiling fans dusted (height restrictions apply)

  • Picture frames dusted

  • Furniture dusted 

  • Hardwood floors vacuumed and mopped

  • Tile floors vacuumed

  • Carpets vacuumed

  • General straightening completed

Bathrooms:

  • Tub and shower tiles scrubbed, disinfected and rinsed

  • Toilets disinfected insides and out

  • Chrome fixtures cleaned and shined

  • Towels neatly hung and folded

  • Counter tops disinfected (all items removed and replaced)

  • Sinks scrubbed and disinfected.

  • Floors vacuumed and mopped

  • Trash emptied

  • Mirrors cleaned

Bedrooms:

  • Beds made (linens changed upon request additional fees apply)

  • Lamps cleaned and lampshades dusted.

  • Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, door-frames and switch plates.

  • Picture frames dusted.

  • Furniture dusted

  • Floors vacuumed and mopped

  • Trash emptied

  • Mirrors cleaned
